SayFair Books is a
supplier of Judaic Books to Synagogues, JCCs, Hebrew Schools and other Judaic
institutions in the United States and abroad. SayFair’s wide assortment of
Judaic books from hundreds of secular and Judaic publishers includes new titles
as well as perennial favorites, and will satisfy the needs of every age reader.
Our goal is to make your BookFair experience easy and successful. With input
from you about your organization, we will design a Jewish Book Fair that will excite and
enrich your community.
The Basics
We offer two BookFair
options:
-Single Copy BookFair:
We send you one copy of each title from which you take orders. Customers do not
walk away with books at the BookFair. After
the event, books from the first shipment are used to fill orders.
-Multiple Copy
BookFair: We send enough books so that customers may walk away with their purchases.
In either case, you pay
freight for the initial shipment of books sent to you.
We pay freight for reorders of extra sold
merchandise. You
keep 20% of the list price of books sold.
The
Details
If you
opt for shipping, the books will arrive at least two business days prior
to the start of your BookFair.
With
the books, you will receive an invoice for shipping and an inventory list
showing title, retail price and quantity.
You are
responsible for shipping unsold merchandise back to us within 3 business days
after your BookFair. Return shipping must be handled by UPS. We can
arrange for the books to be picked up by UPS return call tag and
pass the UPS charges along to
you.
Your
cost for books is 80% of the total retail price of all books not received by
SayFair. Books must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION. Payment is
due one week after the end of your BookFair and should be in the form of
one check from your organization.
Please complete the
BookFair Questionnaire and BookFair Agreement (see links below) and return them
to us. When we receive your completed paperwork (both forms), we will send you a
confirmation, preferably by email, to the address you have supplied to us on the
Questionnaire.
