Please agree to the following terms by typing YES in the box where indicated below:

We agree to engage the services of SayFair Books, Inc. in connection with our BookFair. If we opt for shipping, SayFair will ship books to us at our organization’s expense in time to arrive two business days prior to the commencement of our BookFair. SayFair shall pay shipping for all reorders of sold merchandise.

We agree to return or ship via UPS all unsold books IN ORIGINAL CONDITION within three business days after the end of our BookFair. If we fail to return the books in a timely manner, SayFair, in its sole discretion, may either (1) charge us a late fee equal to 10% of the retail price of the returned books or (2) reject the shipment of the returned books and charge us 80% of the retail price for those books. We agree that payment is due upon receipt of an invoice from SayFair. To avoid damage during transport, cartons containing books returned to SayFair shall be completely filled with either books or packing material.

Payment equal to 80% of the total retail price of unreturned books and payment for shipping shall be mailed to SayFair within ONE WEEK after the end of the BookFair. Payment shall be made by check drawn on our organization’s account or by money order. We will not be credited for books returned to SayFair in non-saleable condition, including books with stickers or residual marks or glue from stickers affixed to them.
