Mr. Belinsky's true love is bagel making. His regular customers come to buy what they love and want.... bagels... onion, poppy seed, pumpernickel. But when a fancy bakery opens across the street, Mr. Belinsky is pressured to expand his menu. While his business increases, his loyal customers are alienated.
